"Employee Allocation Program" from the Ministry of Treasury and Finance

The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has rolled up its sleeves to start a new practice in business life. This practice, which aims to contribute to the economy , will make it possible for employees to have shares in companies where they work . The application, which has been started to work , is carried out with the Capital Markets Board .

It is planned to define the application as "Employee Allocation Program" and to draw a legal framework. Thus Turkey 'as well as companies in various countries, employee motivation, commitment, shareholders will be able to encourage the staff to work towards profitability targets.
