TurkStat - Construction costs rise by 22.99 pct. annually

Construction costs increased by 2.90 percent on monthly basis and increased by 22.99 percent on an annual basis in November, according to the Construction Cost costs data, released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) on Tuesday.


Material costs increased by 4.03 percent and labour costs increased by 0.35 percent compared with the previous month. Also, material costs increased by 27.19 percent and labour costs increased by 14.16 percent compared with the previous year.
Building construction cost costs increased by 2.94 percent compared with the previous month and increased by 22.76 percent compared with the same month of the previous year. 
Material costs increased by 4.12 percent and labour costs increased by 0.34 percent compared with the previous month. Also, material costs increased by 26.90 percent and labour costs increased by 14.27 percent compared with the previous year.
Construction cost costs for civil engineering increased by 2.76 percent compared with the previous month and increased by 23.75 percent compared with the same month of the previous year. 
Material costs increased by 3.73 percent and labour costs increased by 0.37 percent compared with the previous month. Also, material costs increased by 28.13 percent and labour costs increased by 13.76 percent compared with the previous year.
