Seasonally adjusted manufacturing industry capacity utilisation rate increased by 0.1 points on a monthly basis to 75.6 percent in February, according to the Central Bank data.
The capacity utilisation rate;
- decreased by 0.6 points to 71.0 percent from 71.6 percent in consumer goods,
- decreased by 3.8 points to 73.0 percent from 76.8 percent in durable consumer goods,
- unchanged in non-durable consumer goods at 70.6 percent,
- increased by 0.2 points to 78.3 percent from 78.1 percent in intermediate goods,
- increased by 1.1 points to 75.7 percent from 74.6 percent in investment goods, over the same period.
The Capacity Utilization Rate of Manufacturing Industry statistics compiled as part of the Business Tendency Statistics intends to monitor actually realized capacity utilization rates as per the physical capacities of establishments in the manufacturing industry.
