In 2020 compared with the previous year, the number of buildings, floor area of buildings, the value of buildings, and the number of dwelling units decreased by 17.4 percent, 18.9 percent, 7.8 percent, and 19.0 percent respectively, according to the occupancy permits given by municipalities to the buildings.
