British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, in his online speech in the House of Commons, pointed out that the period of cutting the defense budget in his country is now over, and stated that the defense budget will be increased by 10 percent every year for 4 years.

Prime Minister Johnson stated that the budget increase will be approximately 16.5 billion pounds in 4 years and that Britain will reinforce its leading role in NATO with new defense investments to be created.

Sharing the information that the additional budget will also be used in space, cyber defense and artificial intelligence projects, Johnson said that the new investments to be created with this resource will provide new job opportunities to 40 thousand people in total, 10 thousand per year.
